I did see a mock with them picking 1 and 2 in a 2017 mock draft, so it's not just the hoop taking swings. Drafting 1 and 2 next season wont be a bad thing they can take their QB at one, trade #2 for a boat load of picks and set their foundation for some success. As of today Cleveland looks to have a future if te staff doesn't screw it up.

I fully expect them to draft 1 next season due to the rebuilding process in place. They are finally doing a proper rebuild and giving the staff time to put it into motion. Haslam is a piece of shit but he has learned from his mistakes and he is taking a step back to allow people to do their jobs.
