yep, great that he has the ability to run and has proven he can run. so that leaves a big threat defenses have to respect. but the key is still 'pocket passing', he doesn't need to be the best passer, but he needs to stay consistently good.

Sports Science recorded Kaepernick's 3rd quarter 56-yard TD run against the Packers at a maximum of 22+ MPH. It's the fastest run they've analyzed from any QB this season. On that same run, once he was in top gear, for every 5 yards Kaepernick traveled, the closest Packers defender in pursuit only covered 4 yards. Also, when they had Kaepernick in their lab before the draft, he reached 80% of his top speed in only 4 strides.

So the other day it was news to alot of people that Ray Lewis' 1st career sack was on Jim Harbaugh. What's even more interesting to me is the fact that that game was played on TNT. Yeah, football games were once on TNT. I forgot about that.

How cool would it be for Kaep and Alex Smith to both be in the back field during the kneel down. That would be awesome and classy.

It would NEVER happen, but I think it would be cool if Alex threw the game winning TD to Kaep. F'it, it would be so cool if I threw the game winning TD to Alex. No, wait, Alex throws the game winning TD to me and I pitch it back to Kaep! (Not mocking your post, as obviously, I would love a Smith kneel down in a win.)

Gatorchip liked it to death. He hated the like button, so he liked posts enough until it was annoying to everyone else, too. Apparently, he isn't the push-over happy go lucky poster. He hasn't said this, I just assume, I knew that's what he was doing once I saw him like a few posts and some of mine. I was like, "what the F? No one likes my posts. Ohhh, I see."
