I woke up in the early morning giggling about AJ Hawk doing the shocker after sacking Shaub. Actually it was more of a snicker.

Seriously?
Yes, seriously . . . anyone so intimidated to mock the opposing QBs move is obviously desperate.

Weren't you the one saying JJ was gonna eat the o-line up?
I know he got 2 sacks, but they had zero impact on the game
Kinda like Foster's 2 TDs = meaningless

GB OWNED Houston

Down boy! JJ is one of ours!

I don't think he was too intimidated. Just fired up. He also immitated Clay, but he and Clay are buds. He made sure he found Rodgers to congratulate him after the game. Also...he did have two sacks and another pass defended. He's a bad bad man.

But they did own Houston, much to my amazement to be honest. I really felt like they weren't making adjustments as well as they normally have, and I was afraid they wouldn't. We'll have to see what happens when a team zones up on them again, because the Texans also were missing Cushing. The Falcons in the NFC CG will be the real test. :D

Then criticize the rest of the defense. He was the only bright spot.

You sound like that Titans OLineman who got owned by Watt.

After today - I'm fine with JJ.
Just kinda reminded me of Jared Allen in his early years getting in Favre's face to make a name for himself. Just too "punk" for me.
I like Owen Daniels, too.

Heck if Houston is the AFC rep in XLVII, I have no problem with that
[I'll even root for them if GB isn't there]

Didn't that Jones dude imitate Foster's Namaste? Does that mean he's intimidated and desperate too?

I didn't realize that was a Foster thing, but yea it sounds like he did. 'Course I'd say that was probably after JJ's celebrations, but I'm sure Jones had it in mind. There's also the AJ Hawk shocker that I still can't stop cackling about.

I actually hate all the stupid posturing, no matter if it's Rodgers, Moss, Bosworth, Watt, whoever.
Even though Barry & Walter were the "enemy" [Lions & Bears] I could at least respect them. When they scored, they acted like they'd been their before [& likely would again].

I think normally I would agree, but that whole sequence was just hilarious. He barely even had to hit Shaub, which was funny enough, and then he just pulls out the shocker on national television? The hell? And it honestly even looked like he was pointing specifically at somebody on the sideline.

The Schaub sack was kinda lame.

I really liked when he grounded it in disgust 2 seconds after the snap . . . what was that?!

In Shaub's defense AJ was coming through absolutely untouched and would have hit him on an 8 yard sprint.

Only thing I can say was AJ did the smart thing & let up & didn't get a roughing penalty.

He's still immature, though
