Sweet for the Habs next season the Rogers money will kick in for the Cap and there will be a huge jump in the cap the money they are paying him by the time it hits 11mil will look like a great deal

It's much sweeter as a Hab Hater to know they could have signed him to a 6 year deal for $5 million per two years ago and went the bridge route.

You fellas gotta read the Alan Muir story over on Gayhoo. He actually called Slewbban the electrifying player in the game. The same shitbum, reigning Norris Trophy winner who's defense is so horrid that he was left to watch from the press box as the rest of Team Canada (aka; real hockey players) won the gold medal.

Eat your heart out Rex.

If some corporation doesn't invite me to a game, I'll watch it in the quiet comfort of my rec room. Big screen HD and beer fridge close by. Average fan thinking.

Insignificant shitbum was not a factor in the series, but I wouldn't expect a bandwagon Canucks fan from the boonies of western Canada to have a clue. It's not like you've had any professional hockey to watch since...........................................well, ever.

BTW, how bout them Rangers? :suds:

Seems strange that I tried to fix the we ll to well twice now and even though the edit page shows the proper spelling it comes up we ll. Turns out it wasn't incorrect to begin with :wtf2:

That contract is so huge the no movement clause is almost pointless. If the Habs aren't getting $9 million value for him, no chance does he get traded, and if they are, no chance do they trade him.

There's always someone willing to take a bad contract.

See Gomez, Scott and Luongo, Roberto.

Yep. I'm much more comfortable watching the Leafs lose in my own home. That way I can change it to Duck Tales after the opponent goes up 4-0.

Absolutely. $200 bucks for the Center Ice package is worth it.

Although, I have to admit during last years run I almost pulled the trigger and went
