1st I want to thank you guys for participating in the poll. CB seems to be the consensus so now what CB would you want? This draft is too deep to make a jump into the top 10 IMO so I doubt I will trade that high (I will still try though) I will poll my top 10 CBs but if you don't like my top 10 you are more then welcome to write in suggestions.

I will form my CB draft board based on the poll. IE the most votes is #1 the second most is #2 etc etc

Edit for write ins choose other then write the CB name in.

Also this is not set in stone if a player is higher ranked starts to fall I will select him over a CB. For example if Sammy Watkins falls out of the top 10 I will move up to draft Sammy Watkins and say the hell with a CB

Is there a feature that enables us to vote twice?

Just don't think CB to the exclusion of a great WR. If a WR falls dont reach for a second round CB in the first. There are good 2nd round CBs to be had. Even 3rd round CBs who will be starters in a year or so.

I voted CB in the prior poll, but I agree we can't blindly look at CB. That's particularly true if there's value at WR, but really we should take any guy who presents great value. I just see us trading up and grabbing a guy if there's one we like at CB. That's been Baalke's MO basically since he took over.

I voted Gilbert, but I don't see us having a shot at him unless we trade up further than I'm willing to....

I'm all in favor of trading up into the early 20's if there's a CB that bests fits the system. That range always seems like a great spot to grab CB's in the draft, and I could see a run starting to take place around that area.

For WR I'd like to think we can take a more raw prospect as he'll have time to develop. Now actually putting that together in real life is a completely different thing. If we can draft a WR that is strong enough to break this curse, and then also have Patton come back strong then that's a problem that I look forward to having.

So I just lost out on Gilbert  Chicago wanted 30, 61, and 94 for 14. I thought that was too much and countered with 30, 56, couple of 7ths. That was countered with 30, 56, 129, 170 I thought about it but decided in the end it was too much.

What do you guys think?

Dennard and Gilbert are off the board already so I wouldn't bother tring to trade up now for anyone.Let the BPA for CB or WR fall to 30. Good luck with the pick.

Yea, I just saw both Dennard and Gilbert get drafted.

That was a tough call. I probably would have taken it though. I really like Gilbert and I was surprised to see him slide out of the top 10.

It should simplify the rest of the 1st round though. Either Fuller or Verrett. Trade up slightly if necessary, but don't be afraid to unload on package deals. In my opinion, we only need a few good pieces to complete this team.
