Whilst* I didn't like some of TLR's moves with the pitching changes, replacing Kimbrel to be specific, I do admire that he put Tepera in such a clutch sitch and the man came thru. He got off to a bit of a rocky start with the South Siders upon being traded, but seems to have settled down of late, and his effort tonite was large.

i find it interesting that not one article about anderson's heroics last night mentions he was a major cause on giving up the lead. it was his really bad error that allowed the game to be tied and then losing the lead in the bottom of the eighth. fact is, it wasn't even listed as an error! but if you saw the play you know it WAS!
