I surely hope Sam has some kind of $$ left to start over on and wish him well. Hopefully he does not return to the quick $$$ and moves ahead with his life in a positive way.
Agreed, but I doubt he has a penny to his name.I surely hope Sam has some kind of $$ left to start over on and wish him well. Hopefully he does not return to the quick $$$ and moves ahead with his life in a positive way.
Good luck Sam
Most likely and he does not have the personality of a Nate Newton to come back as a celebrity guest host on radio and local TV. Maybe Jerry will help him behind the scenes who knowsAgreed, but I doubt he has a penny to his name.
Zeke lost the burst. The film don't lie. Law Nation in this case I don't agree with him acting Like Zeke is the old Zeke. Zeke is clearly past his prime. There were at least 3 games that Pollard took over. They lose those games if we did not have Pollard. Cut Zeke loose. Draft a RB in round 3 or 4. Bring Pollard back. Pollard needs to be used as a playmaker in this offense. You create a Dozen plays for Pollard and these plays need to be designed to get Pollard into space. Pollard IMO is a perfect fit in a WC offense.I didn't watch any of this video but Pollard played in the exact same scheme and was perhaps the best RB in the NFL last year. I wonder how he accounts for that.
People like to just blame Moore for everything. Sometimes it's as simple as it's just the players...
hurd also was not that great a player for the Cowboys. Nate Newton on the other hand was a great playerMost likely and he does not have the personality of a Nate Newton to come back as a celebrity guest host on radio and local TV. Maybe Jerry will help him behind the scenes who knows
Correct Hurd was a marginal player for the Boyshurd also was not that great a player for the Cowboys. Nate Newton on the other hand was a great player
90's Cowboys would obliterate teams today lol. SF made the NFCCG with a 7th round, 3rd string rookie QB because they could run the ball and play defense. The Cowboys could run it better than SF, throw it better, had a better defense, and a HOF QB. That's a jokeI dunno it takes a better mix of talent on offense. You could win today with the 90’s Cowboys but we don’t have the 90’s Cowboys. And you can’t go in a shell when you get the lead but that does not mean 3 straight passes and punt either.
I think we used to call for a balanced attack and take what the defense is giving run short pass or long ball.
I was being modest those 3 SB teams were some of the best ever to suit up.90's Cowboys would obliterate teams today lol. primary reason we have a salary cap today!I was being modest those 3 SB teams were some of the best ever to suit up.
Totally agree on both players. I remember how horrible Steele was in his first season. Of course he was an UDFA who was forced to start week 1 due to injury so not too unexpected, but he has come a long wayI watched Pollards big plays from 2022.
Two thoughts:
Pollard is a must. Wonder if he'd take 3 for 25 with 18 guaranteed.
Steele was a REAL good run blocker before he went down.
100%If he does want $10M or more I lean towards just keeping the tag on him and seeing how he bounces back from injury And revisiting next year.
Tell death do us partWhy I avoid any and all Jerry talk… Exhibit A.
