I agree. Although in this case the Texans may have been better off to take what the Cowboys offered. Cooks is not getting any younger. In a way this may be one of those that works in the Cowboys favor. They now will be forced to continue use those 3 tight ends in the passing game. Which is better for the offense. IMO.

Sounds like the teams asked Cooks to lower his guaranteed money for next year & he wouldnt do it.
Dont think this was on the Texans. But Cooks.

Makes sense. I would rather have OBJ, but I don't think he really wants to play for Dallas . I would prefer they use dollars on Pollard anyway. Cowboys would be fools to not try to extend Pollard and then feature him more
