LP Ladouceur & Witten who came out of retirement for one year with Dallas had 16 years.
Side Note: LP Ladouceur played 15 years in a row with 16 games played. (13 in his 1st season)
I was surprised about LP at 1st, but then after thinking about it. Made perfect sense. When you find a good Long snapper dont fuck with it.

Bates, Tuinei, & Too Tall Jones had 15 seasons. Too tall took a year off in between to go into boxing. Or he could have had 16 years.
