The teams with the big named ego-driven superstars?

Or the teams with older players much closer to their families?

Do teams based on talent be impacted more than the more fundamental teams that fight harder?

I feel the teams that are more close-knit and more grounded may benefit the most and those with the egos on talented teams may be more challenged, but it could be the opposite.

For example, this may be good for Indianapolis, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Baltimore(maybe), New Orleans, even New York Giants, and Seattle and terrible for Kansas City, Baltimore, Dallas, Tampa Bay(Evans has an ego), San Francisco(egos mostly on offense), and Los Angeles Rams.

Most of the playoff-contending teams are of this type outside of KC in the AFC. KC kind of is a talent-driven team with egos.

Nobody is likely to be 100% and those that play harder are likelier to win more. The Steelers without their starting QB and all still managed to win 8 games. Even the Colts without Luck went 7-9 and lost a lot of close games. The good teams like the Saints and Seahawks were already of this caliber.
