I'm not sure about that. I don't think they find Wiggins, Bennett and a first all that compelling. I think Cleveland will have to sweeten the pot.

Agree.
Minnesota is in a hurry for what?
Wolves can wait until Dec, Jan, Feb....

If the Cavs are playing well, they may not increase the offer, but they won't lessen it.

If they aren't playing well, they will have to increase it.

They might add a player. Haywood was in the discussion, which could be compelling bc they could trade him or release I believe and they will get that back (his contract which is close to $10.5 mil).

Right now Cleveland is offering two prospects and a low first round pick for a proven All Star. That's simply not a compelling deal.

Cleveland will need to add a probable starter, a PROVEN player. Haywood is not that guy, he's a throw in.

Saunders thinks they're on the cusp of winning. They will want an impact NOW player. That just isn't a deal that will get made unless they are losing and give up that dream.

So what Waiters? No way they are giving that much up. Waiters and Wiggins alone are both young, athletic. Waiters is already a proven scorer--20 ppg+.

That is too much IMO

They do have a lot of already young prospects that have pretty goo potential, Love would actually we good in Minny IMO

Just really no veterans, they are still very young

Wiggins alone is too much to give up.

50/50 Irving or Love gets injured this year and that compromises a title. Wiggins is 5 years younger and a legit top flight prospect that plays defense and plays on a rookie contract.

This is why Flip wants Klay so bad. He wants a guy he can plug in immediately.

He also wants to dump Martin's contract......I'm not sure Cleveland or GS really want to take that on.

Lebron is doing his best to recruit......

I think he's wasting his time. If the Cavs throw in Thompson or Waiters I think Minny makes the deal.

He has the power, why not. He can do what he wants, when he wants.

If only the Heat organization would've bent down and take it like Cleveland is right now. Then again, Cleveland's always used to grabbing it's ankles.

The FO didn't take it but Spo did. I have a feeling this Blatt guy will be good.

Wiggins attempted 20 free throws in their summer league game vs Houston. :laugh3:

Don't get used to seeing this.

Since the entire planet now knows Lebron wants Love, all leverage Cleveland had is gone. Minny can name what they want and now get it.

Prepare your anus, because Cleveland is about to massively over pay and take it with no vaseline

The highlights I saw, alot of the shots were circus like, bringing the ball down to his waist and flipping it up off the glass. That shit isnt gonna fly in the real nba. Point guards are gonna be taking that away.

It would have been better for the cavs to have traded the pick for Love before they chose Wiggins. There is a good enough chance for them to get Love when he becomes a free agent, I think it would be better to give Lebron his first year back with the club a chance to figure out their own chemistry instead of giving up Wiggins.
