Oh I can bitch about him. Don't you fret about that.

Like most of our alums and fans....I would trade all the titles in all the other sports except men's basketball and baseball each year for one more win in football. I couldn't give the slightest shit about women's intercollegiate hopscotch or whatever other sport we're supposed to care about. Football is what really matters. Bleeding football dry to prop up sports nobody cares about was the stupidest thing ever. I wish Foley on all our competitors.
3 women's sports are important 1. Softball 2. Gymnastics 3. Volleyball.. the rest whatever

As talent rich as Georgia is as a state, I believe UGA signed players from 10 different states yesterday. That's how you hit the big time in recruiting. I'm confident very few schools can claim that level of national recruiting.

Notre Dame has 16

Well when UCF is the best program in that state, one shouldn't be surprised by this

Yeah, but nobody cares about 3 stars.

Most of the class is four stars 16 out of 21, with a 3 star punter. At least have a little knowledge before you run your mouth, wait you're a Georgia fan I expect too much. Georgia has 4 recruits rated lower than a 4 star.

Meh. No 5 stars, and 6 3 stars in too many. Kind of ridiculous to have 21 commits and still be ranked behind a team that has 16.

depends on what rankings you look at espn has only 5 3 stars. They aren't going to take a large number. It also depends on how good the players in that 16 player class are Ohio State has 3 five stars so it isn't surprising.

If you use ESPN to follow recruiting, this conversation is over.

I usually look at a number of sites and compare them I prefer 247sports, they are a little more comprehensive. I've also heard the Georgia Safety they picked up could be getting a 5th star soon but who knows.

Also they got a kid from Georgia who was committed to Georgia to take a preferred walk on spot.

That happens pretty quickly after the rejection letter comes from UF. Now, they can all install sod with those who actually graduated from Bama. Clemson, too!

Early signing day is as good as done, with most of the big targets off the board.

FSU has the 14th ranked class
Florida has the 16th ranked class
Miami has the 37th ranked class

Arguably the most talent rich state in the country, and not a single team from the state can come close to cracking the top 10?

Combined they've signed 1 5 star and 24 3 stars
Saban done got the gooduns.

#2 is true. #1 is not. There are programs currently in better shape thanks to their administrations having made a commitment to winning. You can say Saban is better than anybody else in the game right now. You can't say that about Gus or Kirby. Neither has ever won the big one.

At least Gus & Kirby have been to the big one. Gus lost a close one to FSU the last year of the BCS; and Kirby lost in OT to Alabama a year ago.

None of the current Florida coaches have even sniffed the playoffs.

Mullen was UF's OC when UF won two national titles.....before the playoffs existed.

You're right that as a head coach he didn't make it to the playoffs.....while at Mississippi State. I do wonder who would have at Mississippi State were they to have coached there.
