yes we do. There is a fucking monumental difference between a hot Wentz over the last 5 weeks and a 40 year old player/coach who hasn’t seen the field in years. That Seattle team is really mediocre. We were out 7 of 11 starters on offense not including a hurt and completely ineffective Ertz. 5 of them were or had been All Pros and we still were right in this game to the very end. To say there is no difference between a recently hot Wentz and that bum we had playing is just plain ridiculous

Your 'hot' Wentz was 1/4 for 3 yards. You'd have an easier time with that lame argument if he came out hot before getting knocked out. Looked exactly the same as the first time this defense left him bewildered.

And it was his first playoff game. If you don't think there's a difference between playing the Seahawks in an actual playoff game and 4 games against the scrubs from your own division that all finished at or below .500 then....

Every play that happened after Wentz left would have been different. All of them. For both teams. Different situations bring different plays and more chances for strange bounces, turnovers, and more. They were conservative with McCown and maybe they would have been more aggressive with Wentz which also means maybe he throws a pick or two. Maybe he gets hurt later since he doesn't protect himself. Maybe a lot of things.

The only certainty is what did actually happen.

Well that and 4 days later some still can't process it or put the blame where it lies. Wentz should have thrown it away or taken a dive. Trying to push for yards hurt his team. Well maybe.
