These plays are taking way too long to develop and the Seahawks line can't hold the blocks against he Dolphins front. Bevell needs to wise up and start calling plays that get the ball out faster.

Of the 4 units on the field today Miami's D is clearly the top unit. If it wasn't for the fins dropping passes more than once the hawks would be well behind already.

Honestly the shifts over the last decade away from live contact in camps and limited play of your main guys in preseason is leading us to this. Some teams do better with it than others, but they just don't get enough play in to be sharp before the season starts.

Just put EVERYONE on the punt block and get the free NON-10 yard penalty you'd get from returning... and no fumble issues either. And of course possibly a punt block.

I'll say this.... it isn't Bevel that is drawing these holding calls on positive yardage plays.
