Well last year with Carroll's crappy offense (or Shane shit the bed) we still managed to be almost top 10 in Y/Attempt with injuries all over the OL, Geno getting hurt, and Walker/Charbs having some injuries... so not much should change there regardless of the OC lol.

At least one of the worst defenses in the NFL should improve...

Dam happy Hurtt is gone, our defense was a soft mess…

No one else who's been hired by the other 6 teams to this point has someone I would prefer to Macdonald, so good move I say. Schneider played this perfectly. He didn't flinch early on when other teams were taking candidates off the board, and he stuck to his plan and presumably got his #1 target. Hopefully we remember this the next time we accuse him of not having a plan simply because we cannot see what it is.

I'm thrilled. He was the guy I was hoping for from the beginning.

IMO, Vrabel was the best choice if we wanted a proven guy. Quinn was the continuity guy. Macdonald was the home run chance.

Sure makes sense to hire his guys on the defensive side and think that should get nailed down quickly. OC I'm not sure it's a good idea to run Ravens type of offense but need someone and a lot of candidates are off the board already so guess we will see.
