He doesn't miss many tackles but that was just plain bad.

I think his coverage has improved recently but not on that drive.

It's actually gotten worse if you look at QB rating allowed. It was like 110 several weeks ago and is now like 120, and after this game, oof... probably going to be like 125. Basically, TARGET BROOKS in the pass. Stay away from him on the run.

And zero shock that's what teams (Cards included) have been doing all season. I'd love to know why you think it's improved recently....

That wasn't poor coverage on that Kirk catch... Just a great pitch/catch - sometimes you can't defense those regardless how tight of a coverage you have...

He looks better than last year to me in coverage, but that's not saying much.

For whatever it's worth, he has been what we expected from him when he was drafted. Great against the run but a liability in coverage. I think they drafted him thinking they could utilize his athleticism to improve his coverage skills, but so far it has been a work in progress.

I agree that it was a great throw and catch, but there is something wrong if Jordyn Brooks is 20+ yards downfield in coverage against a WR.
