He was great at UW in a zone scheme similar to what we run.

Again, I liked Penny when we drafted him, I've liked when he's played and is healthy, but I still don't know if I can justify some 3 year $16M contract or something like that... But with his recent history, I wouldn't be shocked if SOMEONE pays it. Probably the Jets... as usual.
