If you are Tampa, I think you have to either stick with Winston the rest of the year, if you are still undecided on whether he is your future QB, or just move on right now and try to make the playoffs with Fitzmagic. But you can't keep switching QBs.

Tampa is done this year. Far too much competition in the NFC to even hope for a wild card. That means the whole team is going to be blown up from head coaches to GM, etc (owners have made it pretty obvious that would happen with no playoffs). Best thing to do is let Winston walk, lose out, and start over. Hopefully in the blow up process the Bucs change their fuckin' jerseys to something. No wonder their team loses.

Oh I was hoping like crazy that Monken would've brought him along with him from Tampa Bay this offseason, but I understand why he wasn't interested. The dude could be starting on probably at least 6-7 NFL teams right now.
