More details on the Orange Bowl. The fact that it's on New Year's Day should make it easier to go to the game. The question becomes who is eligible for the other slot. Seems as if the Big East won't be.

Agreed. When WVU left, the Big East accepted their fate and now is just happy to get what little money they can and regroup with their new lineup. I'd personally love to hold onto the current 12 team alignment for as long as possible, but we'd play Pitt in 2013 either way, so it doesn't change Tech's schedule.

Cuse is paying 7.5mil to leave. I am not sure if the ACC is helping foot the bill. Pitt can afford it if Cuse can, I would think.
