he's got Lowe leading off, I assume to get him out of the slump he's in. And if it works, then Lowe will go back to hitting 4th or 5th, because apparently slumps are really easy to trick like that.

I think it was Jack McKeon who once said that managers directly affect the outcome of about 10 games a year.

I've always considered Woody to be as boilerplate/vanilla as you can get with a manager. But his lineup methodology continues to be completely bonkers.

I don't mind Lowe at LO. I like Garcia at cleanup. But find them a spot and KEEP THEM THERE.

In my opinion, Woody should be easing players like Calhoun and others out as soon as feasible making room for our MILB guys. These players who have no future with the team are hindering the observation of those who will someday be our future. Not all are ready to come up but those who are need to be here soon.

I'd really like to jettison Calhoun and I don't really see a need for Culberson, his role is largely filled by Ibanez or Miller, he's solid defensively but doesn't do much otherwise
