Yep, there were a few bright spots. Wilkerson looked good. Gunner may have played him off the team.

JJ Taylor looked good.

Winovich may be on the bubble.

A whole lot of defenders didn't look good?

Both Hoyer and Jones played better than Cam. Granted it was against the 2nd and third string.

I wasn't too happy with the play of Wade either. First game jitters with the new club? He has to be better than what he showed today. He gave up on that TD scored against him. Almost got thrown out of the club.

Defense has two sacks and containment is excellent.

Cam threw a 30 tard pass to Meyers who had the ball stolen before he could secure it.

Giants have the ball 2nd and 1 on their own 43 at the end of the first quarter.

Cam threw it short. If it's two feet or more further Meyer catches it clean.

Not by much... Just pulled it a little left... it seemed to have a chance until it passed the upright.

Yep Gunner could go before Taylor. Taylor looks like a perfect offensive spark-plug. The only things that helps Gunner is the state of the Patriots receivers.

Agoholor, Meyers, Bourne all locks. I think Wilkerson may have played him into a job. Bolden will likely occupy a spot unfortunately.

Plus 3 or 4 TEs. Asiasi finally showed he is worth keeping.

Not sure how many BB will keep?

Zuber may stay over Gunner.

It's a shame I liked Gunner but, he made his mark as a returner. Plus he made a lot of bad decisions IMO. Took too many chances and signalled fair catch when he should've ran? He hasn't been productive as a WR this preseason. I think he's gone. Likely he makes the PS if he clears waivers.

IMO: Taylor became a lock when Sony was traded. Gunner stays... period. But he needs to clean up the drops quick.

I think he knew that a lot earlier and planned Sony as the most tradeable of the group (as well as least dependable, staying on the field wise) and had been "showcasing" him for the inevitable trade. And to not show his cards he featured all backs to demonstrate any trade was "only due to abundance" within the group.

Now I usually don't subscribe to BB being a master situational manipulator to fleece other teams, the above move isn't exactly manipulation as it is a demonstration of the actual facts.

Bolden is hurt and if BB keeps him, he takes a roster spot. He hasn't done squat this year.

Personally, I think he's history. Other than ST he had nothing else to offer.

Bolden is a different animal. They can just cut him and resign him when he's ready.

Is anybody concerned another team will grab him out from under us?
