Oh man did I ever want us to sign Bonds. Turns out he got black balled and nobody signed him. Not surprised, he played hardball with the big boys.

Before the steroid era he was my favorite player and i collected hundreds of baseball cards of him.

Tigers fans loved pudge.....once he got to the tigers he stopped juicing and shrunk....but we still loved some pudge.

I hate cheaters too....but for all we know 90 percent of them may cheat one way or the other......isnt that right kenny rogers....i see ya!

They will get him. Not sure about DD as best ever, but hes definitely the best the tigers have had since i started watching.

The closer market hasn't been set yet. Benoit, Nathan, and Wilson are waiting for a team to blink and overpay! IMO DD is slow playing it just fine. The money he doesn't over spend will be used somewhere else.

no of these guys are Rivera. With the extra 25 Mil all the agents want a couple extra mil for the closers and so far no one is willing to go high for a closer. Especially with the WS finalists going with in house options in the fall classic last month. My guess is DD wants to get Wilson at less than 10 mil a season and still be able to bring benoit back as a setup guy.
