As bad as that play by buster, Jill is 100% to blame. How the fuck you do this 3 times....its the worst coaching collapse i can remember

Too much McLellan in him still. Open in some ways and creative, closed off and plays it too safe, rolls out the veterans 400 minutes a game, doesn't play one line at all basically after the second period.

it's maddening because the Kings look like the better team and should win these games. Special Teams have let them down in this game, and coaching approach in the 3rd. If the Kings would just play hockey like they do through 2 periods, they would be fine. They did not learn a single thing from Game 1. Blowing a 4 goal lead and two 3 goal leads. They looked like they learned their lesson by playing for real in the 3rd period of Game 2, but what is the mindset here in this game?

I dunno how they turn it back on, playing back and now zero momentum...gotta get luck

Of all the non-calls, sorta surprised they called that one.

Was gonna write that LA looks so gassed. Maybe run Moverare and Clarke and the young guys some. Mixed in at least.

Perry doing Perry things in front with Doughty.

This is like a 4 year nightmare that won't end, and this one is all LA's fault.

Cant wait to hear Jill's presser on this one. Multiple leads in multiple games, I was expecting a split. Coming home tied was not on the menu.

And Buster should fly home in the cargo bay.

Who on the kings thought passing the puck to Diascle with your goalie on his belly was the best decision

Anderson looked panicked, put it right onto his stick. Safer play would be sweep it with your hand behind the net but it's such a split second decision. Unfortunate for LA, lucky for Edmonton.

Remember a few years ago Woodcroft and McJesus went public about lack of calls and all of a sudden the Oilers start getting PPs a ton? Time for Jill to say something about the officiating as well.

They missed the Foegele slash in the third but the missed Edmundson trip can call that even. This call on Gavrikov, no idea what the ref saw.

Still not the reason why they lost, they had chances and had this game. Again.

I'll say, strategically, EDM did have their D make quick decisions. They weren't letting LA get any forecheck going. But beyond that, their ability to hang in there at the attacking blue line is blowing my mind. From early on, they have decided that they are going to step up there at all times. No bailing whatsoever.

Kings were running 3 healthy lines in the first 2 games, but they seem to be limiting their lines so much now. And the top 4 defensemen played that whole game. Moverare barely played, and Clarke was very limited. I was thinking maybe McDavid and Draisaitl would get tired, but not with how these lines are running. And seeing Lewis in there is so rough. Just the old man, who is 7 years past his prime.

How LA recovers from this, is they probably won't. Feels like Vancouver/Boston finals 2011. Vancouver took first two, but when they went back to Boston, it was such a different animal. Vancouver still managed to win Game 5 too. Smoked again in Game 6, and skunked at home in Game 7 to lose the cup. Just has the vibes all over this series.

You always want to win, but you live by at least leaving it out there. This was such a "meh" performance back to back (3 out of 4 games really) and is so deflating. The only thing that was dreading more than this was if Kane or Perry ended it (And Maybe Nurse to a lesser degree).

Is Tanner Jeanot dead by the way? Never an update or anything.
