I don't think Haskins is at a comfortable enough spot yet where he can sit out and "prepare". Another big game on the national stage only earns him more money. Sure theres the injury risk but the reward of coming up big outweighs that risk. IMO.
Maybe. I'm gonna guess he'll grade out well in the pro day stuff, which will help back up his season stats.

I think he'll end up going and probably end up being a top 5 pick.
Probably depends on how the draft order falls, but it's possible. I've been hearing the Giants mentioned several times in connection. If he can establish that wheel route connection with Barkley that he has with Dobbins, that'd be fun.

If I’m N’Keal I’m not wasting my time in the Vegas Bowl! 3&1/2 hour drive and I’m not going either, don’t know anyone who is going.

Trend started a couple years ago, and will probably continue.

and they can all go fuck themselves walking out on their team....... yes, it started a few years ago....... and worse yet, a new precedent is even going further now, deciding to turn your back on your team early in the season.......... but I won't mention any names.......

Gotta wonder, outside of height, what teams are seeing in Herbert. Sub-60% completion rating, only 8 YPA, not even top 3 in his own conference in QB rating. I can see why he'd want to come back and improve on that, but with Tua and Frohm coming out next year, he may actually drop in draft slot.

there is literally no quarterbacks this year coming out. Hebert would be the best..lol and teams will take a chance

Can't blame them if they want to protect themselves for money.

NFL gets a major hard on over arm talent, even if there are red flags everywhere else (See JaMarcus Russel) not comparing Haskins to Russel at all but on Arm Talent alone he will get a boost.

This could all be avoided if they just pay the players to play.

Other than Haskins, it's hard to project success for many of them honestly.

Herbert has great size but as a QB, he's been good but not great.

Drew Lock has arm talent but it's impossible to predict how he's gonna play.

Daniel Jones is inexplicably being talked about as a high draft choice, reminds me of Jim Druckenmiller as a guy who had mediocre at best stats, but had great size and will flame out as a pro.

I see little difference between Ryan Finley and Mike Glennon.

It's possible Jarrett Stidham or Will Grier could pan out, but damn this looks like a horrible draft class for QBs.

You know how much a first round pick makes?

Cause those are the only guys sitting out and they won’t be able to be payed millions

They don't have to pay them millions. They simply put it in the contract that they must play bowl games.
