Goodell is a polesmoker
Meanwhile we got Amari and Gallup. This is a great situation going forward. We need to draft beasleys replacement and a big DT. Also need reinforcement for the OL and an upgrade over heath
I'm not saying Austin can do that at all. The point is we put 3 WRs on the field. I want Cooper and Gallup on almost every play. I want to see more of Austin, but not saying he should play every play or can do some of the things Beasley does. There are only so many snaps to go around. Austin had some nice plays for us early in the year and when he went out we missed him. He needs to play because he gives this Offense something no one else does just like Beasley does.I dont think it matters if we wanting him to go. I think he is ready to move on.
On a side note. I dont think Austin can replace him. I think we will have to go find another 3rd down specialist.
I wonder what round Andy Isabella will get picked in
Great point. The cowboys player packages sent on to the field made what we were going to do very predictable. Just like when we sent Austin into the game. Still wish we could afford bease thoughI may be in a minority here, but I feel we would get more out of our slot position if we had a big target. This would help in the run game as well to get a bigger body on a defender. Yes a small quick guy has advantages in the pass game, but we usually ran Beasley off the field when it was time to run. This would also keep us from having to rely so much on 3 TE sets.
No you are not. A big target for the slot is not a bad idea.I may be in a minority here, but I feel we would get more out of our slot position if we had a big target. Can you imagine the damage Amari could do out of the slot? Go 3 wide and with amari in the slot send Austin and Gallup deep. Somebody is going to get open.No you are not. A big target for the slot is not a bad idea.
I was hoping that heath would develop. He really is a liability. Misses lots of tackles. He needs to be strictly special teams and a backup. He missed several tackles and quite a few of those ended up being chunk playsI just read that Heath missed more tackles then any safety in the league. Wow, we really have to upgrade that position in the offseason.
I'm not sure what that stat means. So it only counts when they are targeted? So if a guy has no separation for the first 50 plays of the game but isn't targeted and then is targeted once on play 51 and has 2 yards of separation on that play, his "separation at target" is 2? If so that is a totally meaningless stat IMO.

I would expect mostly guys that are more "deep threats" and/or seldom targeted to be rated high on the list. It seems to be a more meaningful stat for guys like Beckham or Adams who are targeted a lot than for guys that are targeted only a couple of times per game.
