They must win two of the three in Atlanta and win more games than the Braves. It’s all possible. The Braves are 10-10 in September so it’s 50-50 they make it.

In the days when attendees were not blocked by OF fencing, people would even pay outfielders to misplay a fly ball. So we should stop trying to pretend like baseball has been so pure. Moving Rose to the Hall would officially acknowledge Rose's MLB records among Hall members. His record could be annotated with his confirmation that he made a mistake by betting on games and realizes betting is wrong.
