I've said it many times, and I'll say it again- Soto needs to play more.

I like Soto. But do keep in mind for his 9 years in the majors he's hitting .245, and this includes .389 of 07' when he won Rook-of-Year. His last 3 seasons: 11- .228, 12- .198, this year .216. Again, I like this guy, calls a good game, plays big in big moments, but still. Let's not over estimate the man.

Not saying he's the greatest catcher ever or that he should play every day. But for how well he plays behind the plate and how well he works counts (ahem, AJP), he should get more than just the occasional spot start.

Someone gave the stat earlier his record is only 12-19 versus the Rangers. His overall winning % is .570, and if you take out the Rangers it jumps to over .700 (not counting today). I say again....he should demand a trade to the Rangers at seasons end. haha.....only kidding
