Teams would probably like Garcia, Lowe, Lorenzen, and Heany. Yates if the Rangers are not going to resign him, which I don’t think they will.

The Rangers could sell several players and still be in on someone like Mason Miller. They could use bullpen help for next year and beyond. It doesn't have to be Miller, but just someone with a year or more control left after this season.

At this point, it seems as if CY was waiting for a better case to make when he executes his "sell" plan. If he was, he got what he needed. If he is planning on buying, i think he waited too long to execute that plan. It should have started to be executed Thursday evening.

I have seen lots of players pulled from games or pulled just prior to games for a trade. This would take the cake if he was removed Friday from a Saturday start, for a trade made Sunday evening or later. I don't think I have seen such a scenario take place before.

It also would be beyond ridiculous for this team to trade him. It would be sheer stupidity on CY's part.

I just know that no one offered an explanation about why he missed his start last night and he was not even in the plans as early as Friday. That is a little odd. It may not mean he is going to be activated, but you never know.
