We were members of St Ignatius when we lived up there. And this guy was one of those fire and brimstone "whatever you believe, it isn't strong enough, what ever you do/whatever you give ISN'T ENOUGH". He took pride in getting families to give just about every penny they had to the church. I really disliked him. Fortunately, my kids never went to events there because Mrs 43 taught at a different parish and they went there.

I can't have enough faith that there is a Hell to punish him forever, so I will settle for him being beaten badly in prison.

I have been reading up on this whole mess with this asshole. So, his first assignment was in Alexandria Va, where he as fired for having a sexual relationship with a female parishoner of age. How that didn't end his "career" right there, I don't know. He came to our church in 2000, where he took the interest in an 11 year old boy. Sometime in the middle of all this he provided DNA for an In-vitro treatment for a woman in his home Colombia. When the Baltimore Diocese found out about that, they fired him. I remember him leaving, it was around the time my son was born. I remember having discussions with him and another priest about my son being baptized in the historic church and how my cousin would be performing it (he is in the DC Diocese). The reason for him leaving was never explained to us. Creeps me the fuck out that I stood in a church with this guy and the kid. I am sure of it.

But then, the kid's family STILL had him come by and perform religious services in their home and even took him camping with them and let him share a tent with their kid who was now 13. He was no longer a priest at that point. Huge WTF for the parents there. Jeez.

At that time, he apparently lived less than a mile from my house until we left for flatter pastures in 2007. In 2017 he was trying to print some pictures at a Walgreens when the employee helping him noticed some pics on his phone and called police. There were 5 additional victims' photos on his phone. Meaning he took the photos himself. All were under 5 years old, the age my son was when we moved.

There is no death painful enough for him.

And the church wonders why people keep leaving. Had they just said "fuck off" after the first thing, 6 additional victims could have been saved.
