I get the whole (no pun intended) perspective on keeping strictly to the uniform, not allowing any political statements, etc.

But there are few things as universally supportable as the Poppy Appeal (do you use that term or is that just a UK name?).

There's no way to come out of it not looking bad if they don't reverse course.

That's awesome. What are the grey parts of the bars? For example on the hydro, it's half blue, half grey. Is that capacity that's currently not being utilized?
