Miller sells his Buffalo townhouse

Ryan Miller has apparently just sold his Delaware District town house, adding more fuel to the fire for speculation that he is heading out of town.

Business First reports that Miller’s three bedroom town house on Potomac Avenue was sold to a local business leader for $640,000.

The home had originally been listed with RealtyUSA for $659,000.

The Sabres star is nearing the end of the five-year, $30 million contract he signed with the Sabres following the 2008 season.

Rumors have been flying that Miller will be traded or opt not to re-sign with the club when his deal with the Sabres ends.

There are a lot of Isles fans on the fansite who are thrilled with this deal. I have no doubt he will become a fan favorite. I also think he & Martin will make life miserable for their opponents. I think it was horrible asset management on Garth's part. I realize the writing was on the wall. Nino had burned too many bridges. When he refused to attend prospect camp that was the last straw.

I don't know how good the Isles will be next year, but I do know they won't be fun to play against.

Everything hangs on Dev camp next week. If Korpisalo or Dansk look like they can carry the load in the AHL, York will back up Bob. If not, they hang with Tabasco and hope Bob craves the ice time.

However, there's absolutely no reason for you to rip Travis Hamonic's 7 year contract. If he was a Maple Leaf you would be saying it's one of the best deals of the offseason. So I only have one thing to say to you Glen, GET OVER IT!!
