The Sens are hot garbage right now.

Last night the Sharks were playing great and got some breaks/calls to get 50 shots. Tonight the Sens just refuse to cover anybody.

I know this is a brutal road trip to start their season but the Sens need to get their heads out of their asses.

Have I just not been paying attention all these years or is the whole "play-@LA->@SJ->@ANA" roadtrip segment a new thing?

Rangers and Sens both did just that... It seems like it's very common all of a sudden?

(doesn't make any sense to play @LA, then fly to SJ only to fly back down here to play @ANA... instead of playing @LA and @ANA first, before heading up to SJ)

Don't know about the Rags but the Sens did just that. They also started with BUF and TOR on the road. They finish the trip in Phoenix on Tuesday. Crazy.

Once again, I thank my lucky stars that the Oilers won that lottery. I know Howson would have taken him (Even though as a forward, I thought Galchenyuk was a more solid choice).
