That's getting reported around here a lot. I guess he really wants to step right in and play next year, and would prefer that to be in Minnesota. Supposedly, if he can't be assured of a spot on the Wild's blueline, Columbus is pretty much his next choice.

Not sure I even want him at this point. I don't care how much talent the kid has, I prefer scrappers who want to be here. Much better than a stud with his eye somewhere else.

That could just be leftover Jeff Carter feelings though.
