My sons friend has transferred from Hockey Canada to Hockey Thailand to play for their U20 national team.

My son asked me if we could look into doing that with Italy for him and I said he'd probably have a better shot at Team Thailand :noidea: ... a bit harsh on my part but he didnt get me a fathers day gift :noidea:

with Italy yah ... my parents immigrated to Canada in late 60's/early 70's. I was born in Canada but Ive had italian citizenship since birth because my parents always intended on moving back but that didnt happen.

its more of a novelty now although my parents own a house there and i deal with all their tax/expenses shit ... when I turned 28 Italy still had mandatory military service so they mailed me hono(u)rable discharge papers lol ... was kinda hoping for dishono(u)rable to tell you the truth :noidea:

/ seems like every time I go visit my parents my mom is like ... got mail for you from the Italian govt and it always voting ballots lol ... I didnt vote this last one lol
