What's the going rate for an equipment violation? Granted they were 5-11 and obviously are crappy cheaters. I think it's safe to say, Harbaugh still hasn't read the rule book. Kinda don't blame him, it's long, overly complicated, and often doesn't make sense. After-all, after 90 years of the forward pass, the NFL still can't figure out what's a reception and what's not.

But IMO these wimpy practice rules have to go. Pads only once a day and only during the 3 week summer training camp and no more two-a-days is leading to more injuries IMO.
