Fed has the serve and the slice working brilliantly and Murray is having all kinds of issues with both of them. That's the good news. The bad news is that Murray is still playing him tight and is completely even if not slightly ahead in the long points where Fed isn't getting time to slice it.

He is in serious danger of losing the 2 nd set and the match possibly. Roger is returning Andy's serve well. Andy is in trouble.

Andy is struggling mightily and breathing hard with his one-dimensiaonal and predictable.

It is over. And in the end, Roger dominated Andy, 7-5;7-5, 6-4.

I sincerely hope that is the case.

I missed what they said about Serby's shoulder? Is it injured?

According to his post-match interview, "it is nothing" he Djokovic is worried about. Therefore if he loses tomorrow it is all on him and not any injury. He slipped about 3 times enough to concern Team Djokovic. But he claims people should not worry about his shoulder. He is fine and probably hopes to put up his finest match yet. We shall see.

Mr. Mauresmo seemed concerned.

Beating the little girlie (no matter how crafty they say she is) is not the same as going up against Serena.

Straight sets I think. And no way she breaks Serena if Serena continues to serve like she is.

Hank, I am sure this will certainly get your attention. Muguruza claims Serena knows she is not afraid of her and that she Muguruza has beaten and can beat her. Read more from here, Muguruza in her own words:

2015 Wimbledon -- Garbine Muguruza not afraid of Serena Williams

"She knows that I can win against her, that I'm not afraid," said Muguruza, who beat Williams 6-2, 6-2 in the second round of last year's French Open. "I don't think she's really used to this. Serena, she doesn't lose so many matches in the year."

One thing we have known from Serena is that you do not beat her twice. It is rare that she consistently loses to an opponent especially the young ones. Serena's career is littered with the victims of tennis players who believed once they have beaten Serena it is light-out. Serena beat her in Australian open even though it went 3 sets. I will be surprised if Serena once her serve start kicking in does not take this girl to the cleaners!
The only chance Muguruza has is for Serena to start nervous as she does of late and fights her way back. Even then I do not see how she denies Serena number 21.

I'm going to try a first for me tomorrow.

Will avoid ESPN all day tomorrow at work and won't come on the tennis board here tomorrow until late in the evening as I'm going to DVR both SF tomorrow and will watch them when I get in tomorrow night
hope you enjoy them!

This was my plan, while watching the Murray vs. FED SF a few hours ago:

I'm going to have a shot of Maker's Mark, every time FED breaks.

However, because FED's first service game was so tight, with him facing a BP while serving 100%, I took a shot, thankful he won the game.

I then took a shot when he won the 1st, and 2nd sets.

For his match point win, I switched to beer.

Agree.

I've been using the DVR for several years, when I want to watch games completely. I do the best I can during the workday to avoid spoilers, and then watch the game at night. Usually it works out the best, with me avoiding spoilers and then watching the game. Not always, but usually.

Today, both SFs were worth watching IMO.
