So, Eason.......

I'll admit, had a lot of "homerism" in it but......

UW is chocked full of weapons, TE is a stud, a laundry list of wideouts and one of the most experienced offensive lines around. The schedule is pretty soft which helps and don't forget, this kid was top recruit 3 years ago and started at Georgia as a true Frosh. He has had a lot of time to reflect on his first year and has to be hungry AF after sitting for essentially 2 years.

One dimensional QB for sure, did I reach a bit? Maybe, but I think he's a solid 2nd QB option when paired with Montez.

Even if he plays well, I think its hard to start a QB who has zero running ability unless the team throws it around a lot.

I think Browning 2016 is the best case hope. He did throw for a zillion TD's that year. Eason would have to improve over the passing numbers at UW in the last two years by quite a bit to make early round pick worth it.

There are a few possibly attractive spots on the schedule like Hawaii, Arizona, maybe Oregon State but I think I'd like Montez more with his running ability in most every situation. Colorado will be playing from behind a lot.

Drunk Jocks 24th rounder Jake Bobo had surgery on a broken collarbone and will miss time. If the first injury news wasn’t Red Snow or Navin it just wouldn’t feel right.

Some other minor injury news but mostly appears to be day to day injuries.

Heisman Hopefuls HC @The Q is being investigated as WR T.J. Simmons was hospitalized for taking a clipboard to the head. While investigating they also found choke marks around the neck of Asim Rose in which Spencer Sanders admitted to investigators that he saw The Q with his arms around Rose's neck after fumbling today in practice.

Injuries suck! Why is it always me early on?
The good thing is nobody I was super relying on but you still want to see what those guys can do healthy. Sanders was sort of a bonus pick. Wasn’t sure how much/if I would use him depending on how things go but I figured he could develop into a start once in awhile if needed and potential keeper. Not as bad as Jovon Robinson getting kicked off Auburn days after our draft a few years back i guess. Lol
