Hank, I am sure this will certainly get your attention. Muguruza claims Serena knows she is not afraid of her and that she Muguruza has beaten and can beat her. Read more from here, Muguruza in her own words:

2015 Wimbledon -- Garbine Muguruza not afraid of Serena Williams

"She knows that I can win against her, that I'm not afraid," said Muguruza, who beat Williams 6-2, 6-2 in the second round of last year's French Open. "I don't think she's really used to this. Serena, she doesn't lose so many matches in the year."

One thing we have known from Serena is that you do not beat her twice. It is rare that she consistently loses to an opponent especially the young ones. Serena's career is littered with the victims of tennis players who believed once they have beaten Serena it is light-out. Serena beat her in Australian open even though it went 3 sets. I will be surprised if Serena once her serve start kicking in does not take this girl to the cleaners!
The only chance Muguruza has is for Serena to start nervous as she does of late and fights her way back. Even then I do not see how she denies Serena number 21.

Tucco Benedicto Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez (known as The Rat) would say, "If you're gonna shoot, shoot, don't talk."

I say Serena shoots and doesn't talk.

I'll sleep nicely tonight.

The funny thing is seasoned players who beat Serena twice like Maria Sharapova or Vika Azarenka have learnt long time ago to shut up when they meet Serena. Maria does not go about saying "I have beaten Serena before and she knows I can beat her or I am going to beat her." She better gets lucky tomorrow for Serena's legendary serve to desert her otherwise it is going to be a shellacking.

She has a nice combination of power and control, agree.

Will it hold up tomorrow, we will see.

Serena falling apart. Break point to get back on serve after Serena had the match on her serve at 5-1

Congratulations, Serena. She did it. It was not a particularly good match., even by Serena's standards. But a win is a win and a 21st GS. Good job.

Her serve was really bad today. 8 double faults in 2 sets

No surprise. Ended up about what I expected except not the way I expected. The first set did, not the second though.

The fact that the match ends on 4 breaks of serve in the last 5 games continues to support my claim that womens tennis is and always has been a joke.

serena overcomes nervousness to win her 6th Wimbledon, a 2nd Serena Slam at the age of 33, and becomes the oldest slam winner in the open era in the process.

i have little doubt that muguruza will eventually be in a slam final, and play like she did in the first set for the whole match, but i'm glad it wasn't today. ;)

Which iced my no breaks prediction. Ah well never up never in....

I did get the straight sets bit though.

50% and a Serena win is good enough for me.

As for women's tennis, if the players are top tier I quite like it.

I think Keys and Muguruza will carry the game for a spell in the not to distant future.

if fed can serve like that, i could see fed winning it. that's just not very realistic against nole, but i'll be incredibly happy if he pulls it off.

as i said before, i'll go with nole in 4 or 5.

If it gets to a 5th, Fed is in trouble. Fingers crossed though.
