Actually I think Seahawks have very good chance to pick up a few more in next 3-4 years yet. Helps that the Seahawks have John Schneider in the front office, I think he is the best GM in the NFL, and Wilson at QB (underrated QB).

Starks better not play a single snap. The dude is the worst RB in the NFL. Even though we have the Hawks leftovers as our backup RB I still think he's better than Starks and so is Ty Montgomery who's averaging like 5.5 YPC this season. RIP is automatic on short yard plays. Crying already in the first series. If anything you want Rodgers to hold onto the ball longer. The longer he holds onto the ball the worse he becomes. However since you're down a S it might not work for you guys and the weather is actually nice today surprisingly. Just rush four and play bump and run and force Rodgers to scramble out of pocket. Normally that's what makes him suck but your DB was so bad that he completed the pass.
