Kid sounds like a mighty mouse. I'd use our 3rd on him.Patriots Coach Has Long-Standing Connection To Wideout Prospect
Tyler Scott hasn't even entered the NFL yet, but he already feels a level of comfort with the New England Patriots.nesn.com
Today, we'll find out how tall he is. Somebody's lieing!Kid sounds like a mighty mouse. I'd use our 3rd on him.
"Unheralded as a great athlete coming into this event, the 6-4 5/8, 249-pounder jumped 37 1/2 inches in the vertical and 10-7 in the broad jump while posting a 1.59-second 10-yard split. Campbell was as fluid and quick as any larger 'backer who took the field Thursday, which showed in a 6.74-second three-cone effort. Teams will likely project him as an immediate starter at the next level when they consider these results along with the instincts and toughness Campbell showed on tape during his Iowa career."This guy ain't a prospect. He's an immediate starter:
Jack Campbell, Iowa
At 6’5″ and 246 pounds, Jack Campbell is a force in the middle of Iowa’s vaunted defense. He’s one of the most consistent and seasoned defenders in the 2023 NFL Draft, making his projection effortless.
Campbell has the length to wrap up tackles, shed blocks, and disrupt passing lanes. Plus, he moves like a more diminutive player in space, with the short-area quickness and read/react ability to close on the ball. There are more athletic and imposing LBs in the class, but teams will covet Campbell’s no-nonsense skill set.
"Adebawore looked very athletic for a 282-pound lineman, running a 4.49-second 40-yard dash and registering a 37.5-inch vertical jump and 10-foot-5-inch broad jump. Adebawore's quick feet were on display during the on-field drills, as he hopped over and around bags like a stand-up edge rusher and worked hard dropping into space in linebacker drills. Though he measures under 6-foot-2, the former Wildcat has good length (33 7/8-inch arm). "DE
Hanakkuk Baldonado 6’ 5” 260 LBS
Round 6
At round 6 he is a bit of a project but I feel a project with potential upside. High motor guy, quick out of his stance athletic. Again a work in progress but these type picks are expected in round six.
His Write Per Draft Buzz:
SCOUTING REPORT: STRENGTHS
Baldonado chases well in pursuit, and Baldonado has the athleticism to play in space if asked to drop into coverage.
Possesses accurate snap anticipation and timing to beat blockers off the edge.
As a pass rusher, he shows quickness off the line and has the fluid athleticism and flexibility to bend the edge.
He has the strong core and powerful hands to shed blockers, and he shows excellent instincts with the ability to quickly locate the ball.
He has a high motor and does a solid job setting the edge against the run.
He has prototypical size, with a little more room on his frame to add weight. Baldonado shows impressive quickness at the snap and plays at a good pad level.
SCOUTING REPORT: WEAKNESSES
Baldonado has to develop a counter move or two in the pass rush, and Baldonado needs to make better use of his hands.
Baldonado is so eager to get upfield that he often abandons responsibilities against the run.
While he moves well laterally, he doesn’t always get there in pursuit.

That's sick. I used to be able to outrun these big bastards. Not anymore."Adebawore looked very athletic for a 282-pound lineman, running a 4.49-second 40-yard dash and registering a 37.5-inch vertical jump and 10-foot-5-inch broad jump. From the combine:Today's my day. I had a safety planned but since @BigKen posted every fucking safety in the draft, I'll go another direction.
The safety was: Sydney Brown S Illinois
.......careful to not compare prospects to an all-time great, such as Troy Polamalu. However, putting all hair aside, I do see some similarities in play style. I am in no way predicting Brown to have the career Troy had, but he is insanely athletic, and that athleticism was on display this week. Nobody was flying around the field more and making more plays in Mobile than Sydney Brown. If he can clean up the occasional missed tackles, he has a chance to be great. I have a second-round grade on him currently.
Instead my pick is:
Darnell Wright NFL draft profile
Ever since he put on a helmet, Wright has been on a collision course with the NFL draft. He was a five-star prospect and a top-five overall recruit coming out of high school in 2019. He had scholarship offers from all of the blue bloods — Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Clemson — but instead chose to play for the University of Tennessee.
Since arriving at Tennessee, Wright has only kept climbing. He started seven games and played in 11 as a true freshman, earning Freshman All-SEC honors. He then became a full-time starter at right tackle in 2020. And in 2021, he moved to the blind side, starting all 13 games at the left tackle spot.
Wright has shown a lot in his time at Tennessee. He’s displayed versatility, reliability, and high-end physical talent.
Tennessee OT Darnell Wright isn’t yet a household name on the 2023 NFL Draft stage, but that may soon change if he can complete his scouting report. In a wide-open offensive tackle class, Wright has the opportunity to ascend and take a top spot. And as his path to this point shows, he has the talent as well.
From the combine:I think Ringo can go round one early two IMO. So much depends on FA and new schemes what will BOB set up and what pieces does he need to make that work?
Draftbuzz has him going late 2nd. Too rich for my blood unless we moved down and gained some picks. From the combine:
"Sydney Brown, S, Illinois: Brown rocked at the Senior Bowl and continued the acing of the pre-draft process with his combine workout. At a stocky 5-foot-10 and 210 pounds, Brown cruised to a cornerback-like 4.47 in the 40 and had a stunning 40.5-inch vertical with a 10-foot-10 broad jump. He is a three-down, multi-level safety who can do it all."
He still has his pro day if NE decides to go?From the combine:
Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia: Ringo ran 4.36, so it wasn't all bad for the Georgia star. However, based on the immensely high expectations, the 4.36 was a little disappointing, and his jumps -- 33.5-inch vertical and 10-foot-2 in the broad -- were surprisingly not good. Ringo doesn't mirror outstandingly. His game is almost fully predicated on his burst and long speed. Wish we would've seen a better overall showing from him. I assume he feels similarly.
I could run all day but I could not sprint. That's sick. I used to be able to outrun these big bastards. Not anymore.
No not in the 2nd. 3rd maybe?Draftbuzz has him going late 2nd. Too rich for my blood unless we moved down and gained some picks.
Eli Ricks needs his pro day also.He still has his pro day if NE decides to go?
A tweeked hammy is another red flag. I wonder if he suffered any hammy issues during his college career.Eli Ricks needs his pro day also.
Tweaked his hamstring and cannot perform at the combine.
4th round pick?????

Depending on the severity of the tweek. He had the combine, pro day, summer camps... all coming up. Is there enough time to rest it and let it heal properly? Otherwise it can be a lifelong issue.Patriots have the best hamstring treatment program in football.
A young, fast player can easily teak a hamstring during off-season.
Proper exercising and stretching will take care of that.

I too had what I referred to as a life long hammy issue. Regardless of warmimg up and or stretching I commonly injured my right hammy every season. I'd have use the old RICE method and miss 1/2 a season or risk reinjuring. I never had surgery. To this day my right hammy and hip flexors are tight. I think it's due to the scar tissue developed over the years. Granted he likely has much better trainers and docs than I ever had. But like I mentioned depending on the severity he could miss his pro day and rookie camps or worse. Or at least be limited to what he can do then and the train up going into them? Could be a red flag dropping him down further in the draft?I have a "lifelong hamstring issue"
It is more about prompt medical evaluation than anything else.
In my case, I was overseas without access to an orthopedic specialist and I was misdiagnosed in the emergency room.
