I'm headed into the Davis Mountains this afternoon and it looks to be pretty nippy for a couple of nights but then substantially warming up on Tues.

This morning outta all the places I checked (Ft Davis, Nashville, Memphis) Carrollton's windchill is the lowest at 2 degrees!

Don't care where you're from. That's damn cold.

Who? Surely nobody of note with it being just a reliever. Wouldn't mind having Blackmon, but I don't see it.

Heard on radio. Said that the Rockies were needing a closer and we're talking to the Rangers since Jeffress has closed before. The outfielder that was being mentioned was CarGo. This was coming from Mike Basick. Don't know how reliable he is. Supposedly he still has contacts within the organization.

Better find a decent #3 starter too. IMO none of these EE type moves will matter until pitching is settled.

Cashner might be it although definite risk. Perez too although his temperament has betrayed him. We are starting to load AAA and will need with new DL rule. Still think we are looking to trade for pitching moving one of our relievers and a guy like Profar.

Nothing likely will happen soon but I think a couple of moves will happen
