I've actually never gone to a minor league game before but I'd really like to. Biggest obstacle for me is that Everett and Tacoma are really out of the way for me.

Dude you've never gone?

Tacoma kicks ass, ain't a bad seat in that whole house.
You drive up tail gate all afternoon, doors open at 5 and it's just a perfect night!

I haven't. It sounds like a lot of fun though.

I just hate the idea of having to drive down to Tacoma and having to drive back. That would require keeping my BAC below the legal limit which is a tough task.

My uncle lives down there along with some cousins so I may reach out to them and see if they'd be down to go to a game some time.

Oh yeah DD is always needed, Highway picks people off all the time after games.
Plus you could get room close to the stadium and uber back....

I love Rainiers games, but ya from where you are at you got to wait for weekend game but I can’t remember if it is Tasty Tuesday or Tasty Thursday but at least it was last $2 Coors or Bud Light and $1 Hot Dogs. I’ve never been to Everett, I once drove up there when I was younger when you had to use mapquest to watch some top prospect but we got lost.

After machado going to padres..
They are still in need of pitching, and with them spending big on machado.

It may be time for them to trade for Mike leake
Who has a club friendly contract And would fit 4th in there rotation

They also could use another right handed
Pitcher as#1or#2
They have a lot of pitching that may not be quit ready yet

Best off season trades

stowers for shed Long

Paxton for shefield, swanson, dom Thompson williams

Best free agent get
Kikuchi...only big one for mariners

But after the Paxton trade it replaced
The lhp

I think the combination of all those trades
And the free agent signing of kikuchi
Is prob as good as they could do
Up until this point

They may have a more competative team than last year...we will see on that

The hitting may be better

The pitching..kikuchi won't lose a lot more
Games than Paxton
So it is close to the same or better

Cuz of depth...wirh sheffield, dunn, and swanson

The big question is
How many games will kikuchi win

Trei playes 2b..for rice if he keeps those numbers up...he will for sure get drafted

At 6-2 he could play a bit of 1b or 3b
Nice draft prospect..so far

Yea similar deals in Everett which is right in my neighborhood. I however have never been to a Tacoma game because of the distance.

Don’t blame you, that’s why I haven’t attempted Everett again, Tacoma is 15 minutes from my house and truthfully Rainiers games are more family friendly, plus I love Curto. Safeco/The Pink has a great area for families but then you are just watching the game on the tv instead of the game which defeats the entire purpose of spending a boat load of money to attend. I like minor league games a lot but like the Husky said you kind of need a DD because at least in Tacoma they kind of encourage responsible drinking so you will buy more stuff from them. Which kind of goes back to the no matter how you do it, you want to get people in the gates because no one is going to go to a game and not spend money.

Hunter renfro or fanmil reyes

Or a trade of one of those guys for a rhp??
Or myers...and renfro can take over lf

San Diego

I would take a trade for a rhp...going forward...reyes is prob future for s.d.

But also who another team would have interest in

Zack Greinke for will myer..??

Arizona gets an outfield /infield that wll
Be there in a few years..when thay start to
Come out of rebuild
Plus a couple prospects..and relief of greinke contract

San Diego gets greinke for three years at 35 mil a year...but he is the rhp ace they
Need...and with a young rotation..
And would give there other pitching
Time to develop
After mochado..may as well go for it

While 20 at bats is not all that many
Kyle Lewis has had a good spring
As has braden bishop
Better than vogy..those guys coming from
AA..have done well..cuz vogy is a good AAA
Hitter

That is good for the mariners outfield
And there minors as well

Don't think we will see
Sabastion Ochoa at AAA as c.f. but we my see him in rookie at everett
Then at least one more c.f. in the draft
And maybe a lf/cf
Prob Aaron Knapp style..cf modesto
