I'm still not sure they are telling us everything with EA. We're in bad shape. I'd be tempted to let Odor play 2B. At least he is getting ML experience. Rosales blows, and Wilson isn't much better. Odor might be a better hitter.

Options wise and service time wise this is stupid BUT at least I can see the benefit of getting some time over Wilson or Rosales

Not to mention I'm sure we'd all rather see him play over those 2

Exactly. I know it's not the conventional thing, but I would much rather see the kid. I have little doubt that Odor is already better than Rosales.

I would put bottom dollar that JD just rolls with rosales and wilson and save his options. What a freakin crazy unlucky past couple of months

As would I but Rosales or Wilson, and if Andrus' injury is worse and he misses some time, it would be Rosales AND Wilson with Lillibridge in the mix.... talk about gross

Right now Choice looks like he has everything I want out of our 2 hole hitter. Maybe eventually he gets a chance there.

That is not a bad thought. When he first was with the Rangers I liked him at 2nd base. I know that has diminished but I would have to take him over Wilson and Rosales. And between the two I have to take Wilson over Rosales.

This pre-season just keeps getting better and better...I'm just a fan and can't be fired for my decisions, but I say we bring Odor in now!!! Rosales, lilillibridge, Wilson will not cut it. Yeh, I know. I understand the business side of this, but I think we need to be thinking about the competitiveness of this team this year. And if Profar is our answer for 2b, then we may be dealing Odor eventually anyway....for some pitching talent...

Elvis should have known better. You can't babysit him and tell him he should be throwing some during the off season. Of course he knows that now. Not sure what happened with Profar. Could throw footballs. LOL!
