Sure sounds like Miller to the Blues. That was the one contender I saw him going to. Do the Blues NEED him? No. But he's an upgrade.

That's a HUGE upgrade for them. Puts them in serious contention for a Cup.

Because he often vanishes on the ice and hasn't been the same since that breakout year in Colorado. He's essentially been playing 4th line minutes for Hitchcock. One of the main reasons I don't want us to acquire him. Slightly more talented goal scorer than Cally, but he Cally is the better defender and penalty killer.

So they're essentially trading Stewart and a first for Ott and Miller? Solid deal for the Blues if they do that.

I still would have to believe a goaltender coming from STL is going to be in this deal - so that can't be it

Don't know the specifics yet but Miller is going to STL and Halak is going to BUF.

Huge overpay by the Blues IMO. That's a lot to give up. Those are two possible rentals. Woof. Also, I could see the Sabres turning Stewart into more soon as well.

I think Miller will stay in St Louis, he's finally on a contending team. Can't see him wanting to leave that.
