Well your team had the most homers in a season last year and you added a couple of homerun or strikeout guys to the lineup...your offense is never going to compare to last years'. Not saying you compared them but I know how it feels...they aren't nearing as good but they are still a solid offense. Way better than the Indians.

Wait so I am spoiled because you cherry picked that the Twins have won 2 in a row?? LOL.

We didn't add home run or strike out guys to the lineup? We have the same team as last year plus Donaldson. Hes not a obnoxious K guy(and has been out all year). We just massively peaked last year.

Twins scored 8 runs for the first time in 2 weeks. Indians have had double digits multiple times in the last week. The way you continually act like the Indians are some albatross but then go out of your way to defend the Twins(in a thread that used to literally be titled SMACK TALK) is beyond disturbed.

It's clearly some sort of weird way to try and hype your own team by telling yourself "we are competing with a really, really good team". In reality, you are 1.5 games up on a team currently playing extremely below average baseball that also has injuries left and right.

I am going to get this thread back to what it should be. Worry more about your own shitty ass team and let me know if you want to engage in reason why the INDIANS do not suck.

Even though I shudder to think what our DH lineups could be tomorrow with Arraez and Kep hurt while Dondaldson and Buxton are "being brought back slowly". We will take 3 this weekend(probably not more than that though).

Soto's control finally got him. We kinda let him off the hook last weekend. Bad hitting all around by both teams but our big bullpen arms were all great today.

You guys are definitely fighting tough. A lot is our shitty pitching. But like I said you have some scrappy hitters that have gotten big knocks this year vs us and make ABs tough.

Avila to the IL now. Not a massive loss, but our catcher are now Jeffers and Astudillo so not ideal.

That said, based off health I do love our lineup tonight. Its our best possible lineup based on current roster. Hopefully this is one that can put up some runs. Lotta righties against the young lefty.

Maeda going for us. Hopefully he stays sharp as well.

We are not in the same league with you guys (Twins, Indians and ChiSox) ... maybe next year, probably 2022.

The Twins play a lot better when Buxton is in the lineup. It appears that the pitchers are more relaxed, as they know they can make mistakes and he will run them down.
