For context in regard to Myles Garrett. Skins trade their #1 in 25 and 26.

The 29th pick in the last two draft were Tyler Guyton from Dallas and Brian Bresee of the Saints.

If we currently had Myles Garrett on our team, is there a world where we trade him for Tyler Guyton and Brian Bresee? Didn't think so.

I would throw Allen in the deal. Hopefully we can keep our 1st rounder in 2026.

Who cares what Peters thought during the draft? The fact is DeJean was shutdown this season. I never said anything about the Mikey pick.

Okay, I'll throw in the two third round selections from those drafts. Marist Liufau and Wayna Morris. Both selected where the team who picked 29th would have chosen.

If I am the browns it will be 2 to 3 1sts 2 2nds and a 3rd . They are giving up a HOF player for the guys you say are mediocre. At those picks at those positions

Not from other teams , no because higher picks are more valuable., a 10th selection in a round is higher then late 20’s but our lower picks means you have to add more to the pot . The cost to get Myles is too much

Like I said let him go to the Eagles and we can draft some random RT at 29. But i don't want to hear anyone bellyache when that happens. Imo we could still get him for less than that. Thats QB compensation and he's 29. He can also say he wont extend if he doesn't like where he's going.

Let's put this into its proper perspective.
If Garrett is serious and no longer wants to be in Cleveland, then the Browns management is making a very detrimental mistake right now by not entertaining trade offers. The longer they wait, the lower their trade strength goes. Other teams are planning now, and will be more reluctant to meet their price as the new preseason draws closer and Garrett plays his big joker... holding out.

Say what you want, they will round up picks to trade up for a QB anyway.

thats a alot for a non QB

They are 36 in the red last i checked, and would take a massive dead cap hit if they traded Myles before June. They can make some cuts easily but it's a complicated situation.
