He will probably return to the PNW. He was an Eastern Eagle and saw him play many times during their D-1AA title run. Great competitor. Seattle?
I am on wait and see mode , they may cut himI would want to use Kupp the way we used Ertz. Put him in the slot, let him find soft spots in zones and be a redzone target. I'd probably do it for a 5th, if the Rams are really going to eat the contract. It wouldn't be something on my priority list though.

I'm extremely interested in Garrett, not interested at all in Kupp and Higgins is an unrestricted free agent, who would be foolish not to test the market for his services. Even if the Bengals re-sign they will have to bid against the rest of the league.NFL Insider Notebooks's James Palmer went live today on a stream. He's currently in New Orleans at the Superbowl.
Myles Garrett
The belief in New Orleans is that he will be traded. Said he took his time and this was well thought out. He prepared a statement which means he probably had already met with the organization and had to take it a step further.
Chargers, Lions, Falcons and Bears were mentioned. Palmer said the team that was repeatedly brought up was Washington. Palmer questioned whether Peters values his picks more than a player like Garrett.
Cooper Kupp
Denver, Dallas, Cincinnati, and Washington were brought up. Said Kupp is a #2 who can still sit down in zones and is a good blocker. Said compensation would be low.
Tee Higgins
Talk in New Orleans is that there is a greater chance of Higgins going back to Cincinnati than anything else. Bengals had decided last off-season that they were just going to tag him and let him walk. Higgins proved valuable and Burrow, who holds a lot of weight, is pushing to organization to bring him back.
I am intrigued by Garrett however at what cost? If you give up draft picks you lose the ability to fill holes with youth , offering an Allen and a Payne won’t get it done . Garrett is also nearing 30 . If I do anything I would want to sign Tee . Our staff coached up a lesser roster to a conference championship game . Isn’t that “ all in “ ? Yeah, I really want Myles. I wanted Crosby as well, but Carroll didn't take that job to build long-term. He's getting up there. Picking so late could hurt us, but we have the space, the QB, and a roster that is close.I'm extremely interested in Garrett, not interested at all in Kupp and Higgins is an unrestricted free agent, who would be foolish not to test the market for his services. The db class isn’t strong . Now we aren’t signing all of them but to get Garret you will lose yrs of 1st and 2nd rounders for sureThis should go up once we cut or adjust Allen's salary. I don't think we were on board for Ronnie , although not against it. Ward doesn't quite make sense, when we can draft our own DB in the 2nd. We have money to do whatever we want, just needs to be the right players.

Myles could threaten not to extend to a team he doesn't want to go to. Maybe he forces his way to Washington. I'm just not sure how bad he wants to get out of Cleveland. Would he really be that picky?
I'm good on Kupp. If AP made that move, I guess I'd trust it. If McVay doesn't want him, should we?

He did do that however what isn’t being taken into account is the cap will go up 10-20 mil based on revenue.I agree, it just appeared Mark Tyler is suggesting we don't have money to dabble in FA and trade and sign Garrett
I want them both! Higgins as a free agent and Garrett via trade 1sts in 26 and 27 plus a player Allen?I am intrigued by Garrett however at what cost? Myles really wanted to end his career in Cleveland, they are the problem, not him! Frankly, I'm surprised that more player in difficult situations aren't voicing their displeasure. To me here is the Commanders' competition for his services. Minnesota, Philadelphia, and perhaps Detroit. I'm reluctant to include the AFC teams because I don't think Cleveland will trade him within the conference, especially to teams that are contenders. Here's another reason why you make this move... the Philadelphia Eagles! They are in the SB, will have a couple of guys with expiring contracts and will definitely be players for his services. If the Eagles get this guy, Washington can forget about division titles, conference titles and SBs.
