They interviewed him for HC. Makes sense. Just an FYI, he was the Texans D coordinator and D line coach in 2020. That year the Texans defense and run defense was ranked dead last.

The team could do worse which could include any of the unproven high picks. You'd have a proven starter while building the team. I don't expect it to happen.

At our stage of rebuild, it probably doesn’t make much sense.

No sense keeping players that dont want to be here for the inevitable glorious rebuild.

Take the second and fourth rounders and be glad your team can get younger and hopefully just as good with aadequate replacements.
