Thats fine but i can see why he is a HC candidate. He has Super bowl exp as a HC. A proven DC. Certainly qualified.

We start to build our team then.
I dont expect a Vinny Cerrato approach, but I believe we will bring in solid players who can contribute.

It will be weird to have free agency with a GM.
We won't have an owner who wants to play fantasy football or Larry, curley, and moe running the show either.
