I dont know their cap situations, but actually Buffalo could make some sense for Odell. (looking for another Superbowl.
If I were Odell I would probably look at the Bills & Niners.

NFL insider Josina Anderson reports the Cowboys could offer Odell Beckham a "multi-year deal" if "the numbers are reasonable."​

Jerry Jones and the Cowboys are set to meet with Beckham next week following months of mutual interest between the two sides. Beckham, 30, is coming off his second torn ACL, having played in just 21 games since the start of the 2020 season. Anderson's report hints at the Cowboys' willingness to keep Beckham around for more than just a late-season stint if he's willing to sign a team-friendly contract. It's hard to imagine Beckham will have much leverage at his advanced age, returning from another devastating knee injury. He likely won't be a fantasy factor down the stretch.
